(PG-13) Progress pics Nov 2010

It's that time again!  Time for my monthly progress pictures. 
What's the point in taking pics, and more importantly, why post them for the world to see?  Simple.  To keep myself accountable.  I want to make sure that my training and diet is on point and there is no better way to do this than to take pictures.  Throw your scale in the garbage.  Who cares what your body fat is?  If you have specific physique goals, nothing tells the truth quite like a half-naked picture.

Ladies, I squat, bench, and deadlift.  I run hill sprints, do Metabolic Circuits, and Tabata.  So don't give me the "I'll get bulky" crap.
