Weekly wordless wrap: 5/27 - 6/3/2012

I'm going to add this Weekly Wordless Wrap as, obviously, a weekly feature for a little change of pace. I love training, nutrition, and all things that fitness embodies, but there is more to life, right? Besides,  everything is better with pictures, and while it won't be completely wordless I'll do my best to keep the blather to a minimum. The following is our past week... or rather, 10 days, to be exact.

Traveling across the country is exhausting.
"Chomper, it's rude to stand on top of Katie."
a.m. hill sprints and/or wheelies with my bro & husband

The most delicious Tikka Masala sauce from Whole Foods. Add chicken & veg. Heaven.
Mike hitting some paused squats

Meditation chapel and Natarajasana

What is becoming a (blissfully) common way to start our day

Early birds downtown Salt Lake City

Showing support at the Pride parade on a beautiful Sunday morning

My recovery partner.
Incredible morning cardio views

Laissa's adorable little boy giving the dog a blast
My new favorite from Blue Lemon - salmon with veggies, veggies & more veggies

Post stair sprinting at the Capitol

Doggy park adventures
Fresh air, gorgeous morning, Starbucks and thoroughly loving life

What did you do this week? Anything new? Fun? Exciting?
It'd love to hear about it! Drop me a line below!

  1. I love this! The meal at Blue Lemon looks amazing and once again I am wishing I lived closed to a Whole Foods! This weekend rang in the summer for us including a birthday bbq on Friday complete with a giant herd of small children playing the most hilarious game of duck duck goose I have ever seen. Saturday was a tubing trip down the local river, replete with nesting barn swallows, a fair amount of accidental sunburn, and a huge hill at the end reminding me the need to train on anything other than flat terrain. Saturday evening was another amazing BBQ where I met a ton of great people and a chick who wanted to tell me all about "that paleo thing" and her successes. It has been a great weekend!

Ahhh the fond memories I have of "Duck Duck Goose." I was the little girl that ALWAYS chose my crush to be the Goose just so he could chase me ;)
Taking a river rafting trip is on my To Do list so I'm incredibly jealous!
Thank you so much for sharing and I hope you're having a great week!
