I typically don't believe pre-workout supps are necessary and have never been a big fan... until now. Alphagen by Morphogen Nutrition is the pre-workout drink that has changed the way I train. My last 3 PRs (deadlift, bench, and deadlift again) were fueled by Alphagen. I feel like it's more of a clean energy, which means no shakiness or feeling like a complete spazz. It's potent so 1/4 scoop once or twice a week before really tough sessions is perfect for me!

This primer is absolutely incredible. It has just the teensiest bit of subtle glow to give you that beautiful dewy look without making you look like a disco ball. I used to want the most matte look possible for my skin and now I realize that is ridiculous because it makes my skin look positively dead. This primer, with a little bit of Tarte's cheek stain, topped off with Laura Mercier's loose powder makes for one heavenly and glowing complexion! New Balance Minimus Trail MT10

I absolutely love my New Balance Minimus MT10, not to be confused with the MT20. The MT10 is quite a bit more flexible and they are heaven in a shoe. I deadlift, squat, run hills and train daily in these. They have the wonderful functional sole of the Vibram without the hideous esthetic.
